Moaned and groaned about how "hard" the job was and what a horrible faucet I had purchased (4.6 out of 5 on Amazon, 48 reviews). Finished in just under two hours. Had quoted 150.00 to 200.00, but then invoiced 345.00 (before tax)!!! Horrible experience, rude owner.
